15 years ago we had prefinished cherry hardwood floors installed in our family room. Over time, the cherry floors had darkened, except for by the patio door where the sunlight had completely bleached out the wood. We ended up with three different colors of wood, because the wood under our furniture and area rug had remained the original color. Daniel and his crew were able to refinish our floors to a beautiful and updated single color. They were able to complete the job in two days! We appreciated that they were able to keep the dust from the rest of the house, and they cleaned up after the job was done. We would highly recommend Ramos Wood Floors. ~ Elaine W
Ramos Wood Floors LLC replaced our carpet with beautiful oak hardwood flooring. The installation was done professionally and the result looks great. We’re very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring service. By the way, the color we chose is called “Cherry.” I looked through many online photos of oak hardwood floors and also asked Ramos Wood Floors LLC to bring color samples in Nutmeg, Neutral, Colonial Maple, and Cherry. It was hard to tell the differences from the small samples alone, so before finishing the floor, they painted a larger sample area directly on the floor to help us decide. Professional, timely, clear, and absolutely an expert on wood floors. Showed up exactly on time, was able to evaluate and accurately estimate the work in minutes (I think he left less than ten minutes after he arrived to do the estimate), and got the work done quickly and professionally. He had questions about matching colors I didn't even notice were different, absolutely had a higher dedication to the quality of the work than I was even qualified to have myself. Responsive and polite, with a very competitive rate, if I need more work done on my wood floors I won't even talk to anyone else. You should definitely hire this man. ~ Damianne D
