Ramos Wood Floors LLC replaced our carpet with beautiful oak hardwood flooring. The installation was done professionally and the result looks great. We’re very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring service. By the way, the color we chose is called “Cherry.” I looked through many online photos of oak hardwood floors and also asked Ramos Wood Floors LLC to bring color samples in Nutmeg, Neutral, Colonial Maple, and Cherry. It was hard to tell the differences from the small samples alone, so before finishing the floor, they painted a larger sample area directly on the floor to help us decide. Since this is such a significant investment, choosing the right color really matters. I hope sharing my experience is helpful to others. ~ Amy's S

15 years ago we had prefinished cherry hardwood floors installed in our family room. Over time, the cherry floors had darkened, except for by the patio door where the sunlight had completely bleached out the wood. We ended up with three different colors of wood, because the wood under our furniture and area rug had remained the original color. Daniel and his crew were able to refinish our floors to a beautiful and updated single color. They were able to complete the job in two days! We appreciated that they were able to keep the dust from the rest of the house, and they cleaned up after the job was done. We would highly recommend Ramos Wood Floors. ~ Elaine W

Professional, timely, clear, and absolutely an expert on wood floors. Showed up exactly on time, was able to evaluate and accurately estimate the work in minutes (I think he left less than ten minutes after he arrived to do the estimate), and got the work done quickly and professionally. He had questions about matching colors I didn't even notice were different, absolutely had a higher dedication to the quality of the work than I was even qualified to have myself. Today Daniel and his crew completed the flooring project in our house and we are very pleased with the results as well as the process. Our needs included refinishing the existing oak floors as well as removing the carpeting in 3 other adjoining rooms and installing new wood floors. I was, of course, concerned about getting the new wood to match the existing decades old floor. Daniel proved to be a true professional. The new wood was installed and interlaced with the existing to give an absolutely seemless finish. The results look great with the refinished existing floors blending perfectly into the newly installed rooms. He even took the time to custom mix stain so that the new quarter round moulding would exactly match the existing baseboards. I felt that his price point was very fair and the project was completed on schedule. If you have a flooring project I do not hesitate to recommend Ramos Wood Floors. , ~ Harry K

The experience with Ramos Wood Floors was seamless and stress free throughout. I spoke with Daniel on a Monday and by Friday we had beautiful brand new vinyl wood floors. They showed up promptly Thursday morning, ripped out and removed all the old flooring, moved and put back all our appliances (Fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer) as well as moving and replacing all the furniture in order to put down the new flooring which was all completed and cleaned up by Friday afternoon. Everything was completed quickly and properly all for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use them again for any future flooring needs. ~ Vic P

Hiring Danny was one of the best decisions we have made during a home remodel! Danny was punctual, fair, and went above and beyond to make sure our floors were perfect. Ramos Wood Floor refinished my hardwood floors. Daniel was a great person to work with on this project. He arrived on the same day to inspect and provided a detailed estimate. He was very open and honest about various finishing options. His estimates are priced right and very reasonable. He was very punctual and arrived on time for work throughout the project. His quality of work is amazing, takes time to prepare the floor & sanding, applied sample colors based on my preference (very patient and never rushed me to pick the stain color). For finishing with water-based polyurethane he explained different brands and gave the choice to pick. Floor looked amazing after refinishing, looked like a brand-new floor. Excellent work by Daniel. We had decided to install laminate flooring to our condo.Once Daniel Ramos had started the installation, showed me the poor quality of liminate we had purchased and recommended to buy something better.His crew removed what was already installed and we purchase vinyl flooring instead. There was no extra charge for the extra work that it took to remove the laminate and start all over again with the vinyl flooring. Ramos team did a wonderful job in my house I can't believe it when Ramos came to my house and explained to me what was needed to be done on the wooden floors. He explained to me that I had to use several machines and those machines are modern with a vacuum cleaner included to absorb 90% of dust. It's incredible. I highly recommend this group ~ Edgardo L
